I recently talked with Lindsay Masland, interim executive director of the center for teaching and learning at Appalachian State University, about the Teaching Quality Framework they're using there to shape all kinds of practices and policies about teaching. In these bonus clips, Lindsay takes us a little behind the scenes by sharing her story of moving from a faculty role to a teaching center role, as well as how the teaching center has been kicking the tires on the Teaching Quality Framework by using it in their programs and services.
