I recently spoke with Marc Watkins, lecturer in writing and rhetoric and academic innovation fellow at the University of Mississippi. Marc is a leading voice in conversations on AI and teaching, and so I asked him to respond to an argument made in the new book Teaching and AI by Jose Antonio Bowen and C. Edward Watson. Things got grim from there.
